Even Semester 2021-2022 Learning Evaluation Meeting

Faculty of Law, Patti – The Faculty of Law, Patti, held a learning evaluation meeting for the even semester of the 2021/2022 academic year in the Faculty of Law's auditorium. The event, which took place on Monday, July 18, 2022, was attended by teaching staff and administrative staff.

Dean of the Faculty of Law, Patti University, Dr. RJ Akyuwen, SH, M.Hum., provided evaluation material on the achievement percentage of the 8 Key Performance Indicators (KPI) in Semester 1 of 2022.

The 8 IKU are:

  1. Percentage of Bachelor's degree graduates who successfully get jobs; continue their studies/become self-employed.
  2. Percentage of undergraduate students who spent at least 20 credits outside of campus or achieved national level achievements.
  3. The percentage of lecturers who are involved in Tridharma activities at other campuses, in the QS 100 based on their knowledge, working as practitioners in the industrial world or mentoring students has achieved the lowest national level achievements in the last 5 years.
  4. Percentage of Permanent Lecturers with academic qualifications of doctoral degrees, certification, competency/professionalism recognized by industry and the workplace, or coming from professional practitioners, the industrial world, or the workplace.
  5. The percentage of research output and community service that has successfully received international recognition or been implemented by the community.
  6. Percentage of Undergraduate Study Programs that Collaborate with Partners
  7. Presentation of undergraduate courses that use case solving (Case Method) or project-based group learning as evaluation weights.
  8. Presentation of undergraduate study programs that have international accreditation or certification.

In his presentation, the Dean mentioned that there were several KPIs that had exceeded the target, and those that had not met the target, so that they could be further optimized in the future.

In addition to discussing the achievement percentages for the eight KPIs mentioned above, the Dean also addressed the challenges encountered during the even semester of the 2021/2022 academic year, particularly in the areas of Academic Administration, BMN General Administration, and Personnel and Financial Administration. He expressed his hope that these challenges would not recur in subsequent semesters, as the undergraduate study program has received Excellent Accreditation.

Meanwhile, the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, Dr. Elsa RM Toule, SH, MS, provided material on preparations for entering the Intermediate Semester of the 2021/2022 Academic Year and preparations for entering the Odd Semester of the 2022/2023 Academic Year, which will be held in early September 2022.
