The Faculty of Law at Universitas Pattimura has a reading room located on the first floor of the Law Faculty building. It houses over 7000 titles (both physical and digital) that can be used as sources of legal information, and 40 computers to support the teaching and learning process.

Open: Monday – Thursday, 08:00 – 16:30 WIT | Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 WIT.

Break: 12:00 – 13:00 WIT.

REGULATION 

OBLIGATION

  • Dress neatly, politely, wear shoes, wear a shirt or collared t-shirt, no jacket.
  • Maintain order, security, cleanliness and tranquility while in the reading room.
  • Leave personal belongings at the counter, such as bags, jackets, and hats. Valuables such as wallets, cell phones, jewelry, and the like should be kept with you. The faculty is not responsible for lost items in the reading room.
  • Filling in the visitor register.
  • Comply with applicable regulations.
  • Report if there is a loss of a member card or a collection of library materials that are the responsibility of the person.

PROHIBITION

Visitors to the Reading Room of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Pattimura are prohibited from:

  • Bringing food or drinks, smoking, wearing flip-flops, t-shirts, wearing hats.
  • Changing, damaging, dirtying and scribbling on library material collections.
  • Changing or removing the identity of the collection of borrowed library materials.
  • Using another member's library membership card.
  • Carrying sharp weapons: cutters, scissors, knives and other sharp tools.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR LOANING LIBRARY MATERIALS

  • Borrowers are required to submit their Law Faculty reading room membership card to the library staff and complete the library materials borrowing registration form.
  • The maximum number of textbooks or library materials borrowed is 1 (one).
  • The maximum loan period for textbooks or library materials is 1 (one) day from the date of loan.
  • Borrowers are required to return borrowed textbooks or library materials on time according to the specified date, and if there is a delay in returning the textbooks or library materials, an administrative fine of Rp. 1.000 / book / day will be imposed.
  • Late return of textbooks or library materials of more than 1 (one) month from the date of return of the textbook or library materials will be subject to sanctions, namely not being permitted to borrow textbooks or library materials again in the Law Faculty Reading Room.
  • Borrowers are required to ensure that borrowed textbooks or library materials are not lost or damaged. If this occurs, academic sanctions will be imposed according to the violation.

 

Online Public Access Catalogue

There is an application Online Public Access Catalogue. Online Catalog that stores all lists of library materials in the Faculty of Law Reading Room, and library materials found in the Universitas Pattimura Library.

Also available Hukumonline Corner and online courses sebagai self-learning platform For students and lecturers, it provides access to hundreds of thousands of regularly updated legal documents. The goal is to enable Unpatti Faculty of Law students and lecturers to conduct legal research more accurately.
