Poka – Wednesday (08/08). Mr. Drs. Muhammad Rosiawan, MT (ISO trainer from BSI) paid a 3-day visit to the Faculty of Law, UNPATTI, to conduct a training. Pre-Assessment related to implementation Plan, Do, Check, Action (PDCA) on the Faculty's quality management system, whether it complies with the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
The purpose of pre-assessment is to prepare the registration and certification assessment process according to the proposed scope in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 quality management standard.
On the first day of activities, observations were made of all facilities, supporting infrastructure for learning in all areas, such as libraries, laboratories, archive rooms, lecture rooms, lecturer rooms, administration rooms, DPMF rooms, and other facilities.
The second day of activities focused on reviewing the documents prepared by each administrative sub-section. These documents included Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Risk Management documents, State Asset Maintenance documents, and other documents.
The third day of activities included a meeting with the Quality Assurance Group (GPM) of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Patti, to inquire about the progress of the GPM team in monitoring the PDCA cycle. The GPM team also scheduled an ISO 9001-2015 Internal Audit.
In the final session of the meeting, Mr. Rosiawan gave a report. Pre-Assessment. The report concerns several findings that occurred during the inspection. These findings were submitted to Top Management, in this case the Dean, Vice Dean and Head of Study Program, so that it can be followed up.
The final conclusion and recommendation given by Mr. Rosiawan is, based on the results of this audit that the Faculty of Law, Universitas Pattimura is sufficient in meeting the ISO 9001:2015 standard, and the audit criteria identified in the audit report and it is considered that the management system continues to achieve the desired results. Meanwhile, the recommendation given is that the Faculty of Law, Unpatti, needs to create a corrective action plan for the minor findings. The Faculty of Law, Unpatti, can be recommended to continue the ISO 9001:2015 certification process, provided that all corrective action plans have been carried out effectively.
