Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
A Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) is a guideline that ensures every operational process is carried out consistently, efficiently, and in accordance with established standards, thereby minimizing the risk of errors and improving service quality. At the Faculty of Law, Universitas Pattimura, a collection of SOPs covers various important areas, including academics, student affairs, finance, personnel, general affairs and State Assets (BMN), the library, and the Legal Aid Institute. Each SOP is systematically structured to provide clear guidance in carrying out the duties and responsibilities in each area, for both lecturers, administrative staff, and students.
With this SOP, it is hoped that all operational activities, from academic and student services to financial and state property management, will run more orderly and efficiently. Furthermore, this SOP also supports the achievement of higher educational quality standards and increases accountability in all services provided by the faculty, thereby maximizing the benefits for the entire academic community.
